1. The promotion is open to all OK Zimbabwe Limited customers except OK Zimbabwe Limited employees and their immediate family members.
2. Persons under the employ of accredited Advertising Agencies and their immediate family members are also ineligible to participate.
3. The OKmart Mega Money Maker Promotion will run from Monday, 1st August to Friday, 16th September 2022.
4. Participation in the OKmart Mega Money Maker Promotion is voluntary. By entering, all participants agree to be bound by the rules which will be interpreted by OK Zimbabwe Limited�s appointed judges whose decision regarding any disputes will be final and binding. No correspondence need be entered into.
5. Participants and winners who are minors (below 18 years of age) must be assisted to the extent necessary by their parents or legal guardians.
6. In some instances during the promotion, the participating supplier(s) may deem as ineligible, any person(s) below the age of 18 years and this shall be considered as per guidelines set by them.
7. OK Zimbabwe Limited reserves the right to amend, modify or change these rules at any time during the Annual Promotions.
8. OK Zimbabwe Limited reserves the right to use any photography or video footage acquired during the course of the promotion for print or electronic media at no fee.
9. Supplier specific prizes & draws � Reference must be made to marketing communication materials available in the Press or in-store for details.
10. To qualify to enter the promotion, participants need to spend a minimum amount of money as dictated by the 2022 OKmart Mega Money Maker Promotion.
11. To redeem their prizes, winning participants must present positive identification.
12. Participants must complete the qualifying question in order to be eligible for any prizes therein.
13. OK Zimbabwe Limited reserves the right to request proof of purchase where entries are deemed to be excessive.
14. OK Zimbabwe Limited reserves the right to limit the number of prizes won by a single customer during the 2022 OKmart Mega Money Maker Promotion.
15. In order to participate in the 2022 OKmart Mega Money Maker Promotion, you will need to register onto the Shopperschoice club at any of our eight OKmart outlets.
16. You are ineligible for all draws until full registration is completed with all your personal details. Full registration involves the provision of your legal name, national ID number, mobile number and physical address.
17. You will receive 1 (one) electronic entry for every specified amount you spend during your purchases in any OKmart outlet.
18. When making purchases, please provide your phone number to the Till Operator before every transaction in order to be awarded an entry after every purchase made.
19. The entries will accumulate into your Shopperschoice Club account.
20. Awarding of entries can only take place if the branch network is online.
21. All participants and winners indemnify OK Zimbabwe Limited, their advertising agencies and partners against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of and/or from their participation in any way in this promotion (including as a result of any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise on the part of OK Zimbabwe Limited.
22. Main Draw will be held at OKmart Chivhu, Chivhu on Saturday, 17th September 2022.
